Whistleblower Hotline

The opportunity to report a concern is open to all employees, business partners, and other third parties.

Whistleblowers make an important contribution to the integrity and protection of our company values, our employees, and affected parties.

If you suspect that conduct—whether through active action or failure to act—violates legal or internal regulations, or our Code of Conduct, we ask you to report it. Violations can be reported to your Compliance Officer or another suitable body (e.g., supervisors or HR personnel).

SpeakUp reporting system

Reports can also be made (anonymously) via the established SpeakUp reporting system. There is an option to submit a violation online in written form or to report it via telephone. When reporting a violation, both the Privacy Policy for using SpeakUp and the SpeakUp Guidelines (Procedural Rules) for handling complaints and suspected compliance cases apply.

We process all reports independently, impartially, and confidentially.
