How to update or upgrade your software
We are constantly enhancing our solutions with helpful new features. To access these enhancements, you can update your testing modules to the latest release version. Our modular platform also allows you to easily upgrade your existing system with further modules to add powerful new functionalities as your testing needs grow.
By the way: As a service contract customer, you enjoy complimentary software updates as part of your plan. Access all new releases through your customer portal. If you need a new license key, simply let us know and we’ll email it to you.
Request a quote
Contact our sales team via form, email or phone to receive a personalized quote for a newer software version or an additional module. If possible, please include your product name and current software version, or the serial number of your dongle in your request.
Activate your license
Once your order is complete, simply download the installer from our customer portal. We will provide a new license key that you can quickly activate yourself. Our support team is available to assist if you encounter any issues.
